Q: Where are you located?

A: Our office is located in Denpasar (West), about 30 minutes drive from the airport. If you intend to visit us, please call us and make an appointment to ensure that we are available to meet you.


Q:Do you have a showroom?

A: Yes we have a showroom, although it is not open to the public. Please set up an appointment for your visit. We also can arrange to show you the factory.


Q:Do you have a catalogue?

A: No. We do not publish a hard copy catalogue, because we continually adding products and and last but not least protecting by not using paper catalogues. But we can provide you with a catalogue on CD if needed.


Q:Do you accept credit cards?

A:Yes we do. You can pay with any major credit card over our secure server via PAYPAL portal.


Q: How much will shipping cost?

A:Shipping cost depend on destination, volume and speed of the shipment. For our retail customers shipping costs are included in the price, while our wholesale customers will receive complete service from us. Which means that all requirements for exporting the goods, including packing and completion of export documents are handled by our local shipping company. We will provide customers with a quote at the time of their request. Please also go to the SHIPPING page to view details.


Q:What are your payment terms?

A:Retail customers can pay online, while wholesale customers are usually wire the payment by telegraphic transfer (Bank to Bank). For wholesale orders, 50% deposit payment is required when the order is confirmed by us and the balance payment has to be settled with the costs for shipping when the goods are ready to be shipped.


Q: How long will the shipment take?

A:Single items or small consignments can be at your door by air cargo within 3-5 days. With Express services like Fed Ex, DHL, etc., even faster. Full or partial container depend on the destination. Most destinations are reached in between 3 to 5 weeks. After receiving your order we are able to give you a definitive schedule for the shipment.


Q: How long will it take to complete the order?

A:This depends on the volume of your order. Single paintings or small consignments are ready to ship after 1 to 4 days.


Q:Do you have minimum quantity for an order?

A:Yes, the minimum quantity(wholesale) for our paintings is USD 1000.


Q: Do you warranty the products you sell?

A:We do within the following parameters:

  • complete replacement guarantee on all our paintings if they reach you in an unsatisfactory condition.
  • warranty claims have to be filed within 14 days of receiving the consignment and should be accompanied by evidence in form of photographs or other evidence.

We strive on providing best quality products and work with reliable shipping companies to guarantee that our paintings reach you in good condition. Safe packaging will ensure the safety of the painting from the time it leaves our warehouse to the time it arrives at your door.


Q:How's about insurance for the shipping?

A:All retail orders are insured. Full container and LCL can be insured for 3% of the total value of goods, through the shipping company.


Q: Do you offer discounts for larger orders?

A:Yes, we offer following discounts for large orders:

  • Orders above USD 5.000 receive 5% from published price.
  • Orders above USD 10.000 receive 10% from published price.

Q: What about taxes and import duties to my country?

A:In general for goods from Indonesia little or no import duties are charged as Indonesia is classified as developing country. We suggest that you contact your local broker/agent to for detailed information.


Q: How do you pack the paintings?

A:To ensure that your painting(s) arrive in best condition at your home, we have developed a safe pack. Please contact us for details.
