PLEASE NOTE:

The following information is very important for you and your protection as a customer, when paintings are delivered to you:

When a courier attempts to deliver an item to you, it is your responsibility to check that the goods are received in satisfactory condition before signing for them. Therefore, we would respectfully request that you ask the courier driver to wait whilst you unwrap the item(s) so that you can do a thorough check of the paintings before you sign to accept them. In the unlikely event of an item being damaged, you can either refuse the delivery or sign for them as "damaged". This allows us to establish where any damage was done in the delivery process.

IMPORTANT :

It is vital that you understand the above delivery process as any items reported as damaged after a signature has been received to indicate that goods have been received in good condition, regretfully cannot be replaced.

If you are not satisfied with our products and wish to make a return or exchange, please contact us to reject your order within 2 days of the time you received your order.  Your payment will also be refunded in full amount to you as soon as our product(s) is(are) returned via a traceable courier.

Cost of delivering the returned items is the responsibility of the customer.

Sorry, we cannot provide a refund for paintings damaged by wrongful usage and/or improper handling.
